As you may have heard, Greenbrier East High School Marching Band was selected by the Pearl Harbor Memorial Committee to represent the State of West Virginia in the 81st Anniversary Commemoration in Hawaii. The invitation was based on performances, personal recommendations of professional colleagues, and the reputation of the band in our community.

 

We are in the process of organizing our fundraiser and we need your support. Your donations would be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping the band achieve our goal. With the money generously provided by you and other members of our community, we will be able to make this momentous honor a reality for our students. Any amount that you can donate will make an impact, no matter how large or small. May of our students are from low-income households and our goal is to insure every child who wants to go has that opportunity. The cost per student will be $3,100 and the funds must be raised no later than October 1, 2025.

 

If you would like to donate through your business, it will be recognized on our social media outlets throughout the next year, ensuring you will appear in front of many members of our local community, as well as our sponsorship t-shirts. In addition, your business will be mentioned in our Sponsors & Partners at home games and competitions and on our webpage. Lastly, all donations are considered tax deductible, and a follow-up letter will be sent for your accounting purposes upon request.
